How exactly does the insurance work? How much do I have to pay in case of any incidents?

Our rental prices include a comprehensive insurance with an excess.

The insurance excess for the Stage 1 and 2 Swifts is €2500 Euros, for the Citroen DS3 is €3500 and €5000 for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Corsas.

This means that you are liable for all damages caused on and off the Nurburgring while you rented the car up to this amount. Lets say you booked a Stage 2 Swift, had an accident and the damage to the car is €10,000. In that case you would have to pay us €2500 for the car damage, the rest would be covered by the insurance. IMPORTANT: Nurburgring's charges for marshalling, recovery or even barrier damages are YOUR responsibility.

If you damage the car because someone else made a mistake or as a result of undoubtfully reckless driving, crashing into you etc., it is up to you to identify that car/person. If it is possible to make the other driver responsible for his fault, his insurance has to pay the entire amount. As you can imagine, this is not always possible.
