The car can be picked up 30 minutes before the track opens earliest.
Please make sure to show up or contact us at least 15 minutes before the Nordschleife opens OR before your appointed rental time. Otherwise we reserve the right to rent the car to someone else!
Always keep an eye on the opening times as they can often change by up to half-an-hour with no warning. These are out of our control.

You can take passengers with you on the Nurburgring without registration and without any additional charge.
Yes, you can! We currently offer one right-hand drive Suzuki Swift Sport Stage 2 and one right-hand-drive Suzuki Swift Sport Stage 1 .
Please make sure to specify during the booking process that you wish to rent a right-hand drive car. Perfect for drivers from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Japan and more! (Right-hand-drive means the STEERING WHEEL is on the right side of the car)
Our rental prices include a comprehensive insurance with an excess.
The insurance excess for the Stage 1 and 2 Swifts is €2500 Euros, for the Citroen DS3 is €3500 and €5000 for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Corsas.
This means that you are liable for all damages caused on and off the Nurburgring while you rented the car up to this amount. Lets say you booked a Stage 2 Swift, had an accident and the damage to the car is €10,000. In that case you would have to pay us €2500 for the car damage, the rest would be covered by the insurance. IMPORTANT: Nurburgring's charges for marshalling, recovery or even barrier damages are YOUR responsibility.
If you damage the car because someone else made a mistake or as a result of undoubtfully reckless driving, crashing into you etc., it is up to you to identify that car/person. If it is possible to make the other driver responsible for his fault, his insurance has to pay the entire amount. As you can imagine, this is not always possible. Please check our general business agreement for further information.

The rental race car charges include the car for the Nurburgring for the number of laps on your package, whether or not the car is on a basic or all-inclusive rental.
Basic rentals are just for the car, the number of 'laps' included refers only to the total KM allowed.
All Inclusive packages include actual lap tickets for the Nordschleife on Touristenfahrten session (public driving).
Extra laps cost you extra for the KMs on the car, the gas and also the lap ticket.
Feel free to drive as much as you want, but stay within the booked timeframe - we will calculate the extra costs upon your return. Click here for an overview about the charges for each of our rental race cars. Lap tickets and fuel are not included in our regular rental tariffs. If you want it as easy and comfortable as it can get, we recommend our All-Inclusive-Packages.
We provide helmets (with a €50 cash deposit against theft or damage) if you choose to wear one and didn´t bring your own.
It is not mandatory to wear a helmet during tourist sessions though. In fact the vast majority of public drivers do not wear a helmet.

We are located in the heart of the Nurburgring: In Nurburg, a bit less than one kilometer away from the main entrance to the Nordschleife (Doettinger Hoehe).
You can inform the staff at the main entrance about reckless drivers at any time. Track marshalls patrol the track to ensure safe driving. They have the right to ban cars from the track as well.
Perfectly suited for the Nordschleife novice. We recommend our stage 2 or stage 3 models, if you are an experienced driver and intend to drive several consecutive and very fast laps during Touristenfahrten or Trackdays.
Please note that it is not allowed to take your own videos during Touristenfahrten. Don't ask why, it's really complicated but is the result of too many 'video nasties' making it on to TV. You do want the Nordschleife to still be here next year, right?
UPDATED: It is possible to rent a video camera from the official vendor in the Nordschleife car park. You must agree to a contract, sign it, pay €39 for the camera and €200 deposit. You then get a sealed Go Pro HD camera on a windscreen mount and a sticker for your car. The SD card is given to you at the end of the session.
We will be glad to do this. The best way how to get the most of an active coaching session is during Trackdays which you can also book through us. Coaching is not always possible during Touristenfahrten though; the Nurburgring are keen to keep somethings to themselves. The minimum age for the Stage 1 and 2 Suzuki Swift is 21 years. Minimum age for the other cars is 25 years. Drivers must have held their license for 2 years.
Please note: The german road traffic regulations specify that the minimum age for kids sitting on the co-driver seat is 12 years or a minimum hight of 1,50 meters. Our Nordschleife rental cars do not have rear seats.
We do offer racetaxi co-drives during Nurburgring Trackdays. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the Nordschleife at race speed with a very experienced driver. Please contact us for available dates, prices and further info.

Our All-Inclusive-Packages are the easiest and most convenient way for your Nurburgring self drive experience. All you have to do is to come to our rental station, sign the rental agreement and take the keys for your rental car. The packages include the first tank filling and you don't have to refill the tank.
